Interior insulation of existing buildings
New perspectives – expand your knowledge
"We would like to cordially invite you to the International Conference on Energetic Refurbishment at Remmers Competence Centre in Löningen. During the two days of the conference, we will provide you with facts, figures and the latest trends, share insight into standards and regulations, and reports on real life application of energetic refurbishment techniques.
Another highlight will be a deep dive into causes of mould development and measures for combating and preventing mould. In practical demonstrations, we will present safe and state of the art system solution for interior insulation.
Alongside the conference, you will have the opportunity to attend an industrial exhibition featuring leading industry partners. Take the opportunity to expand your knowledge and exchange ideas with experts from a wide range of disciplines.
We look forward to seeing you!" - Remmers GmbH

EU Green Deal – Prepare existing buildings for the future
All 27 member states have committed to make Europe the first climate-neutral continent by 2050. The ambitious goal of reducing the CO2 emissions by 55% by 2030 was agreed upon.
Our buildings account for almost 40% of our total energy consumption – most of which are old buildings that are not insulated. To achieve an annual refurbishment rate of 3% (tripling the current level), 35million inefficient buildings would need to refurbished - that’s 87,500 buildings per week!!
Energetic refurbishment measures on existing buildings therefore offer great potential for raising old buildings to modern standards. By intelligent refurbishment systems such as high performance interior insulation systems, facades impregnation or plinth waterproofing, the energy consumption of buildings can be drastically reduced – and that in a resource-saving and sustainable way.
The guidelines of the EU Green Deal aim, among other things to remove obstacles in the entire refurbishment chain, simplify rules and create financial incentives for refurbishment measures. This is the only approach to pave the way to a climate neutral future.
