System Components

  • CemTies of different lengths

  • Manual applicator and two extension nozzles

  • Long series drill bits

  • Brush for cleaning hole

  • Helifix HeliBond cementitious grout



CemTie - Stabilising Bulging Rubble Filled Wall

  • Grade 304 (1.4301) or 316 (1.4401) stainless steel tie up to 1m long as standard

  • Tie and grout installed simultaneously

Installation:

Step 1

Step 2

Drill clearance hole to required diameter and flush clean with water.

Push Helifix CemTie fully into grout-filled pinning nozzle to back of the hole

Step 4

As the grout is injected the Helifix CemTie is carried with it.

Back pressure pushes nozzle out of the hole to leave fully grouted tie..
