Helifix CemTie is a versatile, fully grouted, remedial tie used to stabilise all forms of solid masonry, secure failed lintels and brick rings, reconnect separated internal and external building walls and repair parapets.

CemTie - Reconnecting Cracked Party Wall to External Solid Wall

CemTie - Repinning Separated Brick Arch Rings

Applications:

Installation:

Step 1	Step 2
Drill clearance hole to required diameter and flush clean with water.	Push Helifix CemTie fully into grout-filled pinning nozzle to back of the hole

Step 3	Step 4
As the grout is injected the Helifix CemTie is carried with it.	Back pressure pushes nozzle out of the hole to leave fully grouted tie..
